Important National and Festival Updates - July 6( Mon, Jul 5 00:07:AM)

Welcome to the 2021 U.S. National Baton Twirling Championships and Festival of the Future! We are so excited that so many twirlers, coaches, judges, families and other twirling enthusiasts from across the country are here in Daytona Beach for this celebration of great twirling, fun and friendship! Here are some important updates and reminders to help make your #2021Nationals week the best ever!

Download the Remind 101 App for results
Because judges will not be flashing scores this year, except for the National Finals, volunteers will upload results in the Remind 101 App as soon as they are available. Be sure to download the Remind 101 app on your smartphone, iPad, tablet or other smart device before heading to the Ocean Center. Here's how you do it.

Friendly faces will be available in the USTA Registration area to provide any assistance you may need. Results will also be posted on a wall near each competition floor, but for COVID reasons, we encourage you to use the app instead!

Start at USTA Registration
Start #2021Nationals week right by stopping first at USTA Registration, located in the Ocean Center Box Office on the Concourse between the Main Arena and the Exhibit Hall. Pick up your athlete or coaches packet and a program book if you ordered one. Registration hours are as follows:
  • Tuesday, July 6: 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 7: 6:45 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 8: 6:45 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Friday, July 9: 6:45 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 10: 6:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Registration will remain open to hand out Benefactor Awards at the end of each competition day.
Pay attention to warm-up/practice area access
To ensure athlete safety, especially with the high number of athletes participating in this year's Nationals and Festival, the competition floors (Main Arena, Exhibit Hall Court 1 and Court 2) will be open for warm-ups from 7 to 7:45 a.m. Wed.-Fri. for that day’s individual pairs or duet events. Athletes will have access to the floors by set number, which will be announced/posted each day. Warm-ups will not be held on the competition floors at any other time of the day.

In addition, access to the practice areas will be monitored and managed according to set number. For more information, please see this
Athlete Warm-up Cheat Sheet.

Team warm-ups will be designated by set for athletes to be on the main competition floors. However, due to the limited space and time, exchanges will not be allowed during the warm-up period on the main floors.
#2021Nationals Livestream
USTA is pleased to provide a FREE livestream for each competition floor (Main Arena, Exhibit Hall Court 1 and Court 2) during Nationals week.
You’ll find the link for each floor HERE each morning as soon as the livestream begins (around 10:30 on Tuesday and around 7:45 a.m. the rest of the week.) PLEASE BE AWARE that each time the livestream restarts - such as when a new event starts - there will be a new link. You may want to bookmark or add this page to your favorites or reading list. Be sure to share this info with family and friends!
