An important message from USTA regarding racism( Mon, Jun 8 00:06:AM)

The consciousness of America, and hopefully the world, has been stirred by the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and countless others. As people in cities around the world protest police brutality and racism, we stand in solidarity with those fighting for racial justice and equal treatment for all Americans under the law and in our society. All of us are deserving of decency, respect and fundamental human rights, and we support those who are organizing to effect systemic change and remedy longstanding injustices. We know that black lives matter.
We  will  work to be part of the solution to fight hate, prejudice, racism, discrimination and injustice toward our fellow humans. The U.S. Twirling Association has always sought to provide an inclusive, welcoming and congenial sporting environment for all our athletes. We will remain committed to these principles of inclusion and diversity for all who participate in our sport.
To all our members across the country, their families and friends, we wish you safety and well-being during this tumultuous time.
Please stay safe and be well.
